The one thing I like best about Laura's weekly challenges is it sometimes makes you revisit tangles that you have forgotten. The duo tangle challenges, such as this one, stretch your thinking to put two very unlikely tangles together. OK, so that was two things I like. There is really so much to love about the Diva's blog, but I will not go on.
Here is my result for the challenge this week. It actually looks like a Tri Tangle with the resulting Betweed looking Auraknot! If I find more time this week I would like to try another. This has been a great way to start my week. I hope your week has started off well! Thanks for stopping by.
I like how you laced the knot between the bunzos. Has a natural look to it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Great composition!
ReplyDeleteI like how the Bunzo is tucked away inside the layers of Auraknot.
ReplyDeleteI like this very much. I love the depth in it.
ReplyDeleteThis is so interesting with the non-pointed star of Auraknot.
ReplyDeletethat looks interesting and so smooth! great work! wish you a good week too!
ReplyDeleteLove the bunzo nestled in the auraknot. Beautiful shading, too. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteLike the flow of your Auraknot. I still tend to think of using a shape with points. The shading is nicely done and adds quite abit to the piece.
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteSimple but very effective. Love your Auraknot.
ReplyDeleteThe soft rounded auroknot is perfect set off with the bunzos tucked in so nicely.
ReplyDeleteAmazing Debra, splendid affect!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully crafted! I love how bunzo is laced into auraknot!
ReplyDeleteI must echo what others have said. As Cat pointed out, the rounded auraknot pairs beautifully with the bunzo, and like everyone else, I admire the bunzo-tucking effect. Your shading is superb, too!
ReplyDeleteI love how the two tangles are put together! Nice!
