This weeks Challenge is embracing the word challenge for me. I thought I had dodged this bullet once as this challenge was brought up in March last year and I had yet to discover Zentangle. It's back!
So this weeks challenge is to use your non-dominant hand to draw a tile. I already had the thought earlier in the week to use a puzzle piece as a string and this seemed to be the place to use it. I kept it simple and used Fife keeping that gentle music of the fife in my head to calm me. I see there are a couple places where I let my mind wonder and so the lesson. Be present in what you do and it will be better (not always perfect)

Before I received my official Zentangle® tiles I created a lot of ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art). I was so used to doing larger work that when I did purchase these beautiful tiles I was uncomfortable with the small size. Now I have fallen in love with these scrumptious little tiles and I love the flexibility of doing both larger work and a beautiful little piece. What follows is some of my ZIA.
Beads & Screen
Chic, Abacus, Printemps
